Herbal extracts of green tea, witch hazel, cornflower and plantain enriched with natural allantoin and D-panthenol, effectively shrink dilated vessels, relieve swelling, fatigue and burning eyes. Used regularly, it reduces the accelerated processes of exfoliation caused by the frequent use of makeup around the eyes.
